Mr. Zhang Yuesheng from China, who visited the 2010 Hokkaido Autumn Sale (held from Oct. 18-21), purchased 18 yearlings (6 colts, 12 fillies) for a total of 47,355,000yen. This was the first time a buyer from China made a purchase at a sale in Japan, which added much excitement to the Sale.
